That aside that's really the stuff of nightmares there, the feeling like in all dreams of that powerless and overwhelming force that you have no control or way to stop, oh yes dreams can be quite a the horrible place to be.
Like your often pictures of damsels in distress, catch the beauty in the middle of it, the being of innocence with her blonde hair and teddy bear. Even then you show well her feeling of distress as she tosses and turns so wildly.
Being mentioned of that, the way you show terrifying form of the tentacle is that of the movies, the flailing wildly and massive form emerging from an unknown source.
Even like the way you tend to color them too, the choice of purple and green giving them an even more unnatural feel and just solely the way the wrap around the bed and tear it to shreds, good display of its power in relation to girl in her nightmare.
Quite amazed more at your coloring JMKOTO from even taking note of the background, the dim but still visible blue of the waves themselves surrounding her and the dark and ominous black that is pulling her in.
Yet in all that there still remains her and that golden hair being some kind of beacon in the middle of it all, not sure what else to say here JMKOTO but hats off to you. o0o

I love this coloring, that it makes it vivid and supernatural, nay a fantastical image.
Also, the shapes (as its been told to me) that they seem vvery Graffiti-esk, with their sharp lines and deep curves.
I had so much fun doing this, and making her so stark in the middle of so much darkness. I do wish I could have done the spokes of the bed, differently, but alas, It is what it is. Still looks great. I love the lines in the mattress.

Never thought to look at them that way before but perhaps that just another eye and how they read a pic lass. One thing for sure can say about this place is how everyone differs on the way they look at your work, at most times its sadly the fav button. ^O^
Don't get too wrapped up in what you didn't do but be proud of what you already accomplished so well and what more you can take note of next time you throw in this similar element. Being the talented cookie that you are lass, shouldn't be too hard. *thumbs up*
